today i watched some movies at home by myself
lol
it was enjoyable
except it made my eyes hurt for a while
i think it has to do with the ergonomics of my chair/desk
so anyway, i made a plan of what i have to do for the holidays(school wise), and it consists of a lot of shit!
and might i add porn is a true distraction when it comes to looking through archived files lol dam the sins of the flesh!
i shall begin doing school work tomrorow and not fail these holidays like i have failed every other one lol .
anyway i was watching some asian movie. red cliff II, and like it has some pretty cool proverbs or whatever you wanna call them. one is translated to "food with no flavour, pity to discard", lol fobness, but yeh, can probalby guess what its saying
anyway i have a slight feeling the historical sequences are mxied up, coz i don' t think some of them fall together correctly, like my chinese history is quite novice, but i've seen the story of .. shit i haven't installed chinese typing yets since my reformat. lol WELl, yes of that story, since i have seen it already, and heard my dad countless times tell me cool stuff about the history surrounding that story, i find it very coincidal that a few of the events i remember lie in the same movie, but yeh, it was a cool movie lol.
and zomgs at easter. no chocolate at home1!!!!!!!!!
"LONDON (UPI) -- People who binge on chocolate could find mentally challenging tasks less exhausting, says a study presented to the British Psychology Society.
That's because compounds found in chocolate called flavanols increase the flow of blood to the brain, said David Kennedy, director of the brain, performance and nutrition research center at Northumbria University.
"For things that are difficult to do, mentally demanding things that maybe crop up in your work, it could help," said Kennedy, co-author of the study presented to the society at its annual conference in Brighton.
Kennedy's team asked 30 volunteers to count backwards in groups of three from a random number between 800 and 999, The Daily Telegraph reported Friday. The volunteers performed calculations more quickly, after drinking hot cocoa containing 500 mg of flavanol, Kennedy said.
The study noted some bars of chocolate available for sale to the public contain as much as 100 mg of flavanol, and dark chocolate contains more of the chemical than milk chocolate."
