To the Human Resources Manager,
I received a call from the number 0432 xxx xxx earlier today at 15:10, and the man behind the handset, from memory it might have been xxxx, i am not quite sure, was extremely rude to me. Using the f word twice, and blatantly insulting me as a person when he aggressively hanged up the phone without substantial reason, shocked me and also disturbed me.
As an individual I feel insulted and offended by such actions. There was no intention from me to be difficult in the conversation. I was actually thinking we got along fine, until he began his derogatory spiel.
I would like action to be taken to sanction this sort of behaviour, especially to potential customers. i actually did read the email sent, and found it to be of interest. But since the call, I have zero intention of following up on this opportunity, and to be blunt, i feel extremely upset that a "courtesy call" would end up being an offensive attack at me.
